Steele Added To Integra Board
of Directors. Nashville, TN - December
12, 2001—David
Amster, president and founder of Integra Design Group
announced today that industry veteran Bob Steele was recently
elected to Integra Design Group’s Board of Directors. Steele’s
term runs through to January 2004.
In addition to serving on
the Board, Steele’s consulting firm Trinity & Associates, Inc,
was retained in the Fall of 2001 by Integra to help develop a
long range business plan which focused on expanding services
and attracting investors.
Amster states “We are
pleased to be able to add Bob to our Board of Directors and as
a consultant as well. His previous experience in business
consulting, technology, retail stores services and store
design, make him a perfect fit to help us firm up our existing
business and help us identify and develop growth
opportunities.” Integra plans to develop their business along
three distinct lines – store design, visual merchandising with
special emphasis on the use of technology and retail store
services.
Steele, who most recently
served as VP of Marketing & Business Development with Spring
Arbor Distributors, returned full time to his consulting
practice, Trinity & Associates, Inc in January of this year.
