This planning process is designed to help an organization create its future through the successful management of change.

How It Works

The TrinityGroup assists an organization to learn and apply the principles and techniques of strategic planning in order to anticipate and manage the changes it faces in the future. Using a multi-step process, the organization’s planning group first gathers and examines data relevant to the present and future of our industry and the changing demands of your clients.

The consultants guide the group in developing a Mission Statement which describes the current direction of the organization and a Vision Statement which provides a clear description of a preferable future, with results that the organization seeks to achieve.

The planning group then identifies key strategic issues for which planning needs to take place. The group then develops long-range goals and strategies to address those issues followed by specific operational objectives to begin the process of implementing the goals and strategies.

The consultants will coordinate the steps of strategic planning to meet the time constraints and needs of an organization.
