Management

Management  - Assessment & Coaching

Introduction:

Until individual employees have a firm grasp on the value and practice of communications and management skills, the organization can be no stronger than the combined experiences of its people. An organization is no more than a aggregate of individuals, regardless of its size.

The skills learned in these training exercises, will help executives and managers, down to front line supervisors. Help your staff stay healthy and maintain an environment of expectation, efficiency, excitement and trust.

Our style of counseling, consulting and training is determined by client needs and desires. Our aim is to work with clients to build the capacity of the organization and its people to sustain quality, high performance and productivity and to reduce long term dependence on outside professionals.

A wide range of experience is available to you and your organization through TrinityGroup founder Bob Steele and other TrinityGroup associates. We will match your need to the expertise of one of our associates.

AMA DISC Survey

A personal styles survey that strengthens and simplifies the development process.

The AMA DISC Survey is suitable for managers, work group or team members, and individual contributors. The personal styles measured by the survey are relevant to programs focusing on personal development, problem solving and decision making, time management, interpersonal relations, conflict management, team building, and organizational change.

Styles contained on The AMA DISC Survey include:

Directing: oriented toward tasks and change, assertive, efficient, and focused on results

Influencing: oriented toward people and change, enthusiastic, outgoing, and focused on getting things started

Supportive: oriented toward people and acceptance, cooperative, empathetic, and focused on making teams work

Contemplative: oriented toward tasks and acceptance, analytical, reserved, and focused on getting things right

The AMA DISC Survey enables respondents to compare themselves to approximately 2,100 people in a variety of management and non-management roles. The survey is designed to meet the American Psychological Association’s and American Educational Research Association’s standards for reliability and validity.

How it Works:
bullet

The AMA DISC Survey contains 80 items, and can be completed and scored in 20-25 minutes. It can be used as the basis for a half-day or all day session on personal, interpersonal, team, or organizational development.

bullet

The survey comes with a seven-module Debriefing Guide that provides a variety of options for understanding and applying survey results. Depending on the time frame and objectives, participants can complete all of the modules or a selected subset. Each module is designed for self-directed learning. The guide can also serve as the basis for various group activities.

bullet

The manual describes the basic activities involved in administering, scoring, and debriefing the survey, along with approximate time frames and program design suggestions
